feat. Lasa Sanctuary

Lasa Sanctuary  is an all-volunteer 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue and sanctuary located in Jefferson, Ohio.  Founded in 2011, we rescued our first farmed animals in the summer of 2013.  The sanctuary presently rests on 10.68 acres in Ashtabula County, in the top northeast corner of the state but we are in the process of relocating and expanding to   16.6 acres in Wooster, Ohio.  We are home to more than 140 animals of 17 different species, each with his/her own story of rescue.  An essential part of our work is to go beyond simply healing their bodies and to help heal their hearts after the traumas they have endured. That is why Lasa is a life-long home where animals thrive in the bonds of love.
